OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Associate HR & Office Manager to support our Italian affiliate in HR administration and office management.What Your Day To Day Will Look LikeSupport employees with HR-related topics and daily administrationManage the hiring process from pre-contract phase through onboardingCoordinate employee onboarding and maintain HR documentationSupport payroll and expense processes (in Zucchetti) and monthly closing activitiesMaintain employee records, training documentation, and job descriptionsSupport internal HR communication and administration in HR systems (Etoile)Provide administrative and back-office support to the Office ManagerCoordinate employee benefits, company cars, and related documentationManage expense documentation and prepare monthly expense reportsHandle purchase orders, contracts, and courier deliveriesMonitor general office email inboxesSupport HR compliance activities and communication with local labor authoritiesManage documentation related to scientific information activities and regional reportingQualificationsBachelors in business administrationPrevious experience in HR administration, office management, or a similar roleGood understanding of HR processes, payroll, and administrative proceduresExperience working with HR or payroll systems (e.g. Zucchetti, Etoile) is an advantageStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a structured and reliable mannerProactive, service-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsComfortable working in a regulated environmentGood knowledge of Italian labor regulations is a plusFluent in Italian and good working knowledge of EnglishPLEASE NOTE: Please make sure to apply with an English CV.#J-*****-Ljbffr
