ManpowerGroup Italia, per strutturata azienda metalmeccanica, operante nel settore medicale, seleziona una figura di Shipping Specialist - Sostituzione maternit La risorsa sar inserita nell'ufficio spedizioni e si occuper delle procedure operative e documentali relative alle spedizioni nazionali ed internazionali.Principali responsabilit : Gestione trasporti (richieste, prenotazioni, verifiche) Bollettazione e fatturazione Emissione documenti DDT Gestione dei rapporti diretti con clienti e fornitori Controllo della documentazione e archivio dati nel programma gestionale Monitoraggio tempistiche consegne/arrivo merce Operazioni doganali (CEE, Extra-CEE) Organizzazione di corrieri e vettori Conoscenze e competenze richieste: Diploma e/o Laurea Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese La conoscenza di una seconda lingua (francese) sar considerata un plus Ottima conoscenza della documentazione relativa alle spedizioni Buone doti relazionali, efficacia nel rapportarsi con interlocutori a diversi livelli Ottima capacit di lavorare in team Precisione, proattivit e capacit di lavoro in contesti dinamici Orario di lavoro: full-time da lunedì a venerdì.Sede di lavoro: Riese Pio X (TV).Si offre inserimento diretto, in una realt strutturata e dinamica.vetrinabakeca
