Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for aGlobal HR Business Partnerto support our operations and act as a trusted partner to business leaders.Key Responsibilities:Act as a strategic partner to Plant and Management teams, supporting workforce planning and organizational effectivenessOversee personnel administration, performance management, and employee development processesEnsure payroll accuracy and timeliness in coordination with internal and external stakeholdersProvide HR consultancy on labor law, industrial relations, and collective bargaining agreementsSupport compensation activities, including salary benchmarking and the annual salary review processManage relationships with unions, employee representatives, and local labor authoritiesHandle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and labor disputesEnsure compliance with local labor regulations, internal procedures, and HR policiesMaintain accurate HR documentation and recordsSupport recruitment activities to meet short- and long-term staffing needsPartner with managers to identify training and development needs and support the implementation of development initiativesRequirements:Strong knowledge of labor law and personnel administrationSolid understanding of HR management principles and best practicesProven experience in employee relations within a manufacturing environmentFluent English (additional languages are a plus)Availability to travelEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or similarMinimum 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Specialist in a manufacturing or industrial contextWhat are we looking for?Good knowledge of ISO standardsGood knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM)Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and statistical analysisGood applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniquesGood project management skillsAvailability to travel upto 30% of the time.Good knowledge of EnglishBachelor's degree or higher in scientific subjectsMinimum 3 years' experience in the Quality Control department of an FMCG multinational companyWhat do we offer?Continuous training:Grow professionally by working alongside industry experts.Dynamic and international environment:Join a team engaged in global projects.Career growth opportunitiesin an industry-leading company.Flexible working hours and smart working(defined days per month).Corporate restaurant partnershipInternal mobility:Opportunities for job rotation and career progressionSounds like a fit?We'd love to hear from youWant to know more about us?Check out Who We Are and discover what makes us uniqueUpon sending their application, the candidate grants specific consent to the processing of personal data, in accordance with current legislation on privacy.The privacy policy is available at: Serioplast is an equal employment opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
