Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Global HR Business Partner to support our operations and act as a trusted partner to business leaders.The Global HR Business Partner will manage and develop all people-related processes for the assigned scope, ensuring alignment with company standards, policies, and business objectives.Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to Plant and Management teams, supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness Oversee personnel administration, performance management, and employee development processes Ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Provide HR consultancy on labor law, industrial relations, and collective bargaining agreements Support compensation activities, including salary benchmarking and the annual salary review process Manage relationships with unions, employee representatives, and local labor authorities Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, internal procedures, and HR policies Maintain accurate HR documentation and records Support recruitment activities to meet short- and long-term staffing needs Partner with managers to identify training and development needs and support the implementation of development initiatives Requirements: Strong knowledge of labor law and personnel administration Solid understanding of HR management principles and best practices Proven experience in employee relations within a manufacturing environment Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) Availability to travel Education Experience: Bachelor s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or similar Minimum 5 years of experience in an HRrole, preferably as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Specialist in a manufacturing or industrial context What are we looking for?Good knowledge of ISO standards Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM) Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and statistical analysis Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques Good project management skills Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.Good knowledge of English Bachelor s degree or higher in scientific subjects Minimum 3 years experience in the Quality Control department of an FMCG multinational company What do we offer?Continuous training: Grow professionally by working alongside industry experts.Dynamic and international environment: Join a team engaged in global projects.Career growth opportunities in an industry-leading company.Flexible working hours and smart working (defined days per month).Corporate restaurant partnership Internal mobility: Opportunities for job rotation and career progression Sounds like a fit?We d love to hear from youWant to know more about us?Check out Who We Are and discover what makes us uniqueUpon sending their application, the candidate grants specific consent to the processing of personal data, in accordance with current legislation on privacy.The privacy policy is available at the following link: Serioplast is an equal employment opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.Powered by JazzHR
