We help industries reduce waste, improve performance, and operate sustainably at scale.Now we need someone who brings order to momentum.We're hiring an Executive & Operations Assistant to work directly with our CEO and keep the engine of the business running smoothly. This is not a traditional assistant role. You'll combine executive support with operational coordination, CRM management, marketing follow-up, and internal communications. If you're proactive, highly organised, and thrive on variety, this role puts you right at the heart of the action.What You'll Do:Executive SupportManage the CEO's calendar, emails, calls, and correspondence.Handle travel arrangements, event logistics, and meeting preparation.Occasionally represent the CEO at meetings or events in Italy. Operations & CRMMaintain and update the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and partners.Align projects and deliverables across the CEO, CTO, and Project Manager.Support commercial offers and client communication. Marketing & CommunicationIdentify opportunities for visibility (events, awards, media features).Update website and social media channels with news, milestones, and events.Coordinate with designers or agencies for visual materials.
