Presente in 14 paesieuropei con oltre ***** dipendenti, abbiamo aperto, dasette anni, la prima sede italiana aMilanoe, vista la continua crescita, stiamorafforzando e ampliandoil nostro team con persone che condividano gli stessi valori della nostra società: AMBIZIONE, SORRISO, DINAMISMO, VOGLIA DI METTERSI IN GIOCO, il tutto in una realtà in continua evoluzione, nella quale lerelazioni umanesono sempre al primo posto.Stiamo ricercando una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo diJunior Business Manager: un ruolo sfidante, dinamico e versatile che ti permetterà di crescere professionalmente e personalmente grazie alla formazione che ti verrà fornita da noi diAGAP2 Italia.Nel dettaglio, come Business Manager ti occuperai di gestire e sviluppare 3 diversearee:Sviluppo del mercato e della rete:creazione di nuove business unit coinvolgendo nuovi clienti in partnership e collaborazioni;Soluzioni di Consulenza Tecnica: screening delle esigenze tecniche e redazione di soluzioni di consulenza d'ingegneria;Gestione Contratti: redazione offerte commerciali e gestione contratti.RISORSE UMANE:Team Management:gestione del proprio team di ingegneria e delle proprie business unit;Gestione Finanziaria: gestione di tutti gli aspetti finanziari e contrattuali relativi a partnership, collaborazioni commerciali e contratti di lavoro;Project Management:gestione delle relazioni con i clienti e monitoraggio dello sviluppo dei progetti di ingegneria delle proprie Business Unit.Figure laureate in disciplineeconomiche o ingegneristiche, con tanta voglia di mettersi in gioco e di spingersi oltre i propri limiti;Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (livello B2);Capacità di pianificazione e definizione delle priorità.Contratto a tempo indeterminato;Assago (MI) , a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata M2 Assago Milanofiori Forum.Inoltre, teniamo fede ai nostri impegni prestando attenzione alle risorse appartenenti alle categorie protette ai sensi degli articoli 1 e 18 della L.
