Production Engineering LeadershipLead and manage a team of production engineers and technicians to support daily manufacturing operations.Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with production standards, procedures, and quality requirements.Oversee process control, equipment capability, and yield improvement initiatives.2. Process Optimization and Continuous ImprovementDevelop, implement, and sustain lean manufacturing practices (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S).Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and execute corrective/preventive actions.Drive cost reduction and productivity enhancement through process automation and optimization.3. New Product Introduction (NPI)Collaborate with R&D, Design Engineering, and Program Management to ensure smooth
