There are companies that lead through industrial precision and technical mastery in the field of thermal management and environmental control systems.These organizations manage a complex global value chain, encompassing advanced engineering, R&D, and high-performance manufacturing of thermodynamics-based solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.Our client is a prominent international manufacturer in the HVAC and Climate Technologies sector , operating as a key strategic entity within a Global Industrial Group .The company is renowned for its technical excellence in high-efficiency systems, inverter technology, and advanced cooling and heating solutions.Currently in a phase of significant global expansion and structural optimization, it offers a solid, performance-driven environment for professionals seeking a career at the core of industrial innovation.To support this growth phase, we are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst .This is a high-impact role requiring a strong operational focus and the ability to translate complex manufacturing and supply chain data into actionable financial insights for global leadership.Location: Milano, Italy Company Size: Global Multinational Nature of the Role: New position for growth YOUR NEW JOB As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for global financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, partnering closely with operations and supply chain to drive cost visibility and margin optimization.You will report directly to the Group CFO .Leading consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple manufacturing plants and regions.Analyzing plant-level performance, including absorption, labor efficiency, material usage, and capacity utilization.Partnering with operations to improve standard costing, inventory management, and working capital.Performing variance analysis for price, volume, mix, labor, and overhead drivers.Supporting product profitability analysis, cost-reduction initiatives, and make-vs-buy decisions.Developing financial models for capital expenditures (CAPEX), tooling, and footprint optimization.Preparing executive and board-level performance reporting with clear KPIs and dashboards.Driving the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, data integrity, and reporting systems.HARD & SOFT SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or CMA/CPA/CFA is highly preferred.6–10 years of experience in FP&A or finance roles within manufacturing or industrial sectors .Strong mastery of manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.Experience supporting multi-plant, multi-country operations.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to operate in matrixed, global environments.WHAT WE OFFER A solid and growing global organization, dynamic and professional environment within a top-tier global technology group.A highly strategic and autonomous role with real opportunities for career development.Permanent contract with a salary package reflecting seniority and performance-based incentives.SALARY PACKAGE Annual Salary: *************** € Level/Contract: Quadro, Metalmeccanico Benefits: MBO, Laptop, Mobile Phone.FOR YOU desmo® does not use AI systems to evaluate candidate applications, in compliance with the Italian and European AI ACT, which classifies this activity as Risk 1 , High.WHAT NOW?Apply directly to this project or send your updated CV to
