To support this growth phase, we are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager. This figure acts as a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations, responsible for driving profitable growth across products, projects, and service offerings. Location: Milano, Italy Company Size: Global Multinational Nature of the Role: Strategic business partnering YOUR NEW JOB As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will provide financial leadership on pricing, margins, customer profitability, and commercial strategy to support data-driven decision-making. You will report directly to the Group CFO and Group CSO. Partnering with Sales leadership to drive pricing strategy, deal structuring, and margin optimization. Providing financial oversight for bids, tenders, and large-scale HVAC projects, including risk assessment. Analyzing profitability across equipment, installation, and aftermarket/service revenue. Developing and maintaining pricing models that reflect material costs, FX, tariffs, and competitive dynamics. Supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales incentive compensation modeling. Evaluating discounting, rebates, warranties, and promotional programs to ensure profitability. Delivering actionable dashboards on bookings, margins, win rates, and commercial KPIs. Driving continuous improvement in commercial finance processes, tools, and governance. HARD & SOFT SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus. 7–10+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles. Deep understanding of HVAC, construction, or industrial manufacturing commercial dynamics. Expertise in pricing, margin analysis, and commercial deal economics. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with CRM (Salesforce, Netsuite) and ERP (SAP, Oracle).
