Join to apply for the Tender Specialist role at Leica Biosystems.Leica Biosystems' mission of "Advancing Cancer Diagnostics, Improving Lives" is at the heart of our corporate culture.We're a global leader in cancer diagnostics with the most comprehensive portfolio from biopsy to diagnosis.Our easy-to-use and consistently reliable offerings help improve workflow efficiency and diagnostic confidence.Our associates know that every moment matters when it comes to cancer diagnostics.When you come to work, you're helping develop solutions that enable accurate diagnoses to turn anxiety into answers.Join our diverse, global team of talented people, and be inspired to grow every day.Leica Biosystems is proud to work alongside a community of six fellow Diagnostics Companies at Danaher.Together, we're working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world's biggest health challenges.The Tender Specialist will work in the Tender Office located in Buccinasco and will be office based.The role is part of the Tender Office and supports all Italy Selling Units departments.You will report to the Tender Team Leader responsible for managing and preparing public tenders and private agreements.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToMonitor tender opportunities through e-Procurement platforms (such as MePA, Sintel, Start, etc.) and conduct analysis of calls for tenders of potential interest;Review tender conditions, both in terms of eligibility requirements and compliance obligations (administrative, technical, and financial), collaborating with business, sales, legal, and technical departments to gather the necessary information;Manage procedures related to subcontracting and subcontracts, where applicable;Oversee the entire public tender participation process, including the electronic submission phase;Ensure document compliance and adherence to deadlines;Handle communications with contracting authorities.Essential Requirements Of The Job IncludeIn-depth knowledge of public procurement regulations and principles related to the Digital Administration Code;Excellent command of IT tools, including the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Word);Hands-on experience with e-Procurement platforms (such as MePA, Sintel, Start, etc.);Advanced skills in managing digital files, including:Use of digital signatures in all recognized formats (CAdES, PAdES, XAdES) and understanding of their differences;Application of timestamping and verification of the validity of signed documents;Compression and archiving of files (.zip, .rar formats) and optimization of document size and resolution.Preferred QualificationsAt least 4 years of proven experience in managing public tenders within the healthcare or medical devices sector;Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues related to document uploads;Preferred degree in Law, Economics, or other related fields (e.g., Political Science, Corporate Law).Join our winning team today.We partner with customers across the globe to help them solve their most complex challenges, architecting solutions that bring the power of science to life.For more information, visit .#J-*****-Ljbffr
