About Multi-WingMulti-Wing is a fast-growing, multinational company at the forefront of theventilation and HVAC industry.With a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, we serve a wide range of industrial applications worldwide.We are strengthening ourCustomer Support Teamin Italy and are looking for aCustomer Support Specialist – Order Fulfillment & Logisticsto join our 2-person team managing customer-facing logistics and documentation.This is a key role responsible for ensuring seamless communication and execution from the moment a customer sends a purchase order to the successful delivery of goods — ideal for a service-minded, detail-oriented professional with a logistics flair and a passion for operational coordination.What You'll Be DoingAs aCustomer Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:Acting as thefirst point of contactfor customer purchase orders (POs), ensuring accurate and timely order entry and acknowledgement.Serve as the primary point of contact forproviding customers with delivery updatesandissuing basic quotationsas needed.Sending preliminary order confirmations (OC)to internal teams and ensuring order details are shared clearly and proactively.Managing theend-to-end order fulfillment process, from PO reception to final shipment.Coordinatingshipment planning and executionwith carriers and freight partners, ensuring on-time delivery.Preparing and handlingall shipping documentation, including customs paperwork for international deliveries.Ensuring streamlined communicationbetween all stakeholders (customers, internal departments, carriers) to avoid delays and misunderstandings.Monitoring and resolving issues related to deliveries, shipment delays, or customer complaints with a proactive approach.Collaborating cross-functionallywith the warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams to streamline customer service operations.Using ERP and CRM systems to manage workflows and keep detailed, accurate records.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who isorganized, customer-oriented, and hands-on— someone who enjoys owning processes from start to finish, thrives in dynamic environments, and delivers reliable results.You'll work alongside a high-performing team with a shared commitment to service excellence.What We OfferApermanent positionin a growing international company with a global footprint.Acollaborative and dynamic work environmentwhere your contributions matter.Opportunities forcareer growthandcontinuous learning.The chance to work in a purpose-driven team that values innovation and customer success.RequirementsProven experience (3+ years) incustomer support, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-driven mindset.Fluent proficiency in both English and Italian, at a professional level.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 (D365)or similar ERP systems is a plus.Nice to HaveProficiency in additional languages:German and/or Frenchare considered strong assets.Knowledge ofinternational shipping procedures,customs documentation, andIncoterms.Prior experience in customer logistics or post-order customer service roles.Ready to Join Multi-Wing?Submit your CV in Englishand include a brief cover letter explaining why you're a great fit for this role.#J-*****-Ljbffr
