Social network you want to login/join with:col-narrow-leftClient:Location:Job Category:Other-EU work permit required:Yescol-narrow-rightJob Reference:2b1eca986fd1Job Views:4Posted:**********Expiry Date:**********col-wideJob Description:What challenges can you expect?Supervision of general accounting and monthly and year-end closings.Balance sheet account reconciliation; Weekly and monthly reporting to HQ (sales, cash flow, P&L and closing balance sheet); Preparation of statutory financial statements according to Italian GAAP, including Notes to the Financial Statements and Management Report.Operational support for corporate compliance (Board and Shareholders' meeting minutes); Management of relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and external authorities; Oversightof tax deadlines and compliance obligations; Operational coordination of the administrative team (3 people); Support to the Finance Manager in monthly reporting and project-based activities; Treasury management; Inventoryaccounting for statutory and tax purposes; Fixed asset management; Monitoring of customer contracts and calculation of sales-based bonuses; Management of professional compensation certifications; Insurancemanagement; Contribution tothe optimization and digitalization of administrative processes.What do we expect from you?Degree in Economics or equivalent; At least 3 years of experience in an auditing firm; Good English for communication with HQ; At least 3 years of experience in administration and statutory reporting in industrial settings; Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and expertise in preparing statutory financial statements; Ability to gainteam trust, support the team technically and guide them through change; Hands-on and pragmatic approach; Willingness to share knowledge and best practices into the team and cross functions; Enthusiasm, positive energy, and natural team integrationProblem solutions capabilities and adaptability are really appreciated.#J-*****-Ljbffr
