Enrollment Advisor – University channel & Future Intakes Enrollment Advisor – University Channel & FutureIntakesto join our high-energy sales team based inMilan.We areseekinga driven and dynamicEnrollment Advisor – University Channel & FutureIntakesto join our high-energy sales team based inMilan.As the way we communicate with candidates continues to evolve, this role is pivotal in shaping and driving a modern, data-driven approach to candidate outreach.Focusing onMaster'scandidates across Italy, you will use tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn to drive Masters enrollment growth for future intakes by building relationships withstudent associations and other student-led organizations across flagship universities where Hult Postgraduate has a strategic interest.This role is a blend ofbusiness development and sales,focused onimproving brand recognitionand building a pipeline of junior or senior students from flagshipuniversitiesto achieve quarterly and yearly enrollment targets.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (October to May)- Build and manage relationships withstudent associations, clubs, societies, and ambassadors at flagship universities to boost brand awareness and generate inquiries.- Leadon-campusoronlineevents tailored to student needs in collaboration with faculty and alumni, engaging students with Hult's Masters and Summer Bootcamp programs.- Use social media, especiallyLinkedIn, to connect withclubleaders and members,and enhanceHult'sbrand presence within university networks.- Collaboratewithregional and global teamstodesign and execute engagement initiatives in collaboration withflagshipuniversity stakeholders to resonate with junior and senior students.- Build a strong community through connections with Hult alumni and confirmed students at flagship universities to drive word-of-mouth referrals and promote success stories.Sales (October to September)- Serve as the primary contact for prospective studentsfor future intakes, offeringpersonalized adviceand guiding them through theenrollment process.- Track and manage the pipeline forfuture intakeson Salesforce,maintainingregular follow-up across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, video calls, phone, and email.- Maintain strong knowledge of Hult's program offerings and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with prospects.Operational Excellence – Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Ensurefast responsetimes to enquiries, student associations, and other stakeholders, outperforming competitors.- Increase the number ofEnquiriesfrom flagship universities through targeted activities.- Meet targets for confirmedSummer Bootcamp participantsfrom flagship universities.- Achieve or exceedMastersenrollment targets forfuture intakes.Qualifications- Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).- Experience in sales or business development, with a proventrack recordof driving results.- Demonstrated ability to prospect and engage leads on LinkedIn and other social platforms, converting them into in-person or phone meetings.- Strong communicationand negotiation skills, with a confident and professional presence.- Customer-focused witha high levelof curiosity and the ability to actively listen and address candidate needs.- Self-driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial.- Goal-oriented and resilient, with a "nothing is impossible" mindset.- Adaptable and open to learning and feedback.- ABachelor's or Master'sdegree in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus.Why Join Us?- Join a truly global and vibrant team:Work alongside colleagues from over 70 countries, embracing a diverse and international environment.- Be the driver of your own success:At Hult,you'llhave access to all the tools and resources you need to thrive, but your growth is in your hands—the sky is the limit.- Experience frequent and exciting travel opportunities:Travel regularly to your markets and attend global meetings, expanding your network and market insights.- Competitive, performance-based incentives and rewardsthat recognize and celebrate your success.#J-*****-Ljbffr
