Profilo del candidato per Contract Chemist nell'unità Product Development Engineer di Casarile.Il candidato ideale deve avere familiarità con i reattori in vetro che eseguono la sintesi di polimeri in massa (ad es. policondensazione), la miscelazione / reazione di formulazioni mono e bicomponenti e una buona conoscenza della chimica organica e dei polimeri.Lavorerà sotto la supervisione del Senior Product Development Engineer di Casarile.Questo team fa parte dell'organizzazione globale Inno per l'unità aziendale Industrial Adhesive; il chimico / ingegnere chimico fungerà da interfaccia tra i team di sviluppo prodotti puri situati presso la sede centrale in Germania e il team di produzione di Casarile per garantire un trasferimento rapido, preciso e corretto di nuove formulazioni localizzate, comprese le istruzioni di produzione, al sito operativo di Casarile.ingegnere di sviluppoRequisiti di baseLaurea triennale o magistrale in chimica o ingegneria chimicaI candidati devono amare la sperimentazione pratica e dimostrare creatività per risolvere i problemiCapacità di raccogliere, organizzare, interpretare e rivedere accuratamente i dati sperimentali con adeguate competenze informatiche per l'acquisizione dei dati, la gestione dei dati e la visualizzazione dei risultati sperimentaliAttitudine al lavoro di squadraOttima gestione del tempoCapacità interpersonali e organizzativeInglese parlato e scrittoCompetenze preferiteEsperienza di lavoro con reattori di dimensioni da 2 a 30 kgEsperienza nel settore dei polimeri o degli adesiviConoscenza della qualificazione dei processi, convalida nei settori degli adesivi e dei materialiAvere familiarità con la progettazione delle apparecchiature, lo sviluppo e l'ottimizzazione dei processiEvoluzione del ruoloQuesto team avrà la funzione di rappresentare l'interfaccia tra i team di sviluppo di prodotti puri situati in altre sedi e il team di produzione di Casarile per garantire un trasferimento rapido, preciso e corretto di nuove formulazioni localizzate, comprese le istruzioni di produzione, al sito operativo di CasarileSvolgere un ruolo fondamentale nella pianificazione, conduzione e valutazione dell'attività di Lab Pilot per soddisfare gli obiettivi del progetto in modo tempestivoAmpliamento e industrializzazione di prodotti nuovi e localizzatiIn collaborazione con gli stakeholder interni, sviluppare le specifiche del prodottoAll'interno dell'organizzazione Inno, la funzione avrà il compito di lavorare presso MOC per la qualificazione delle materie prime e la localizzazione delle formuleSupportare le funzioni operative quando richiesto per implementare miglioramenti della sostenibilità#J-*****-Ljbffr
