Il ContestoIl nostro cliente è una prestigiosa multinazionale farmaceutica, riconosciuta a livello globale per l'impegno nell'innovazione terapeutica e nella ricerca scientifica.L'azienda si distingue per lo sviluppo di soluzioni all'avanguardia in aree terapeutiche ad alto impatto, con l'obiettivo di migliorare la vita dei pazienti e supportare i professionisti sanitari attraverso terapie sempre più mirate ed efficaci.Il RuoloLa posizione ha un ruolo chiave nel supportare l'organizzazione nella sua continua trasformazione.Il/La Senior HR Business Partner affiancherà il management nel tradurre gli obiettivi di business in strategie e iniziative HR efficaci, garantendo coerenza con le linee guida globali e allo stesso tempo aderenza alle specificità locali.Principali responsabilitàSupportare il management nel disegno e nell'attuazione delle strategie HR a sostegno del businessGuidare processi di change management e facilitare l'evoluzione culturale e organizzativaAccompagnare i manager nella gestione e nello sviluppo dei talenti, promuovendo percorsi di crescita e mobilità internaCollaborare con i Centri di Eccellenza globali (Talent, L&D, Compensation) per l'implementazione di programmi e iniziative sulla popolazione localeGarantire la corretta applicazione di politiche HR globali e locali, adattandole al contesto nazionaleEssere punto di riferimento per la popolazione aziendale su tutti i principali processi HR (performance, talent review, reward, engagement)Contribuire alla definizione di progettualità HR trasversali e di lungo periodo a supporto della strategia aziendaleI RequisitiLaurea in discipline economiche, giuridiche o umanisticheEsperienza consolidata (8-10 anni) in ruoli HR Business Partner, maturata in contesti multinazionaliConoscenza approfondita dei processi HR (talent management, performance, compensation & benefits, employee relations)Capacità di lavorare in network con funzioni HR globali e Centri di EccellenzaOttima conoscenza della lingua ingleseDal punto di vista personaleApproccio strategico, visione di insieme e capacità di influenzare stakeholder di alto livelloForte orientamento alla relazione e capacità di costruire partnership di fiducia con il businessFlessibilità e attitudine al change managementCapacità di guidare e ispirare i talenti, con una leadership inclusiva e collaborativaOrientamento al risultato e sensibilità nell'equilibrare le esigenze di business e delle persone
