more.Role DescriptionAs a Time & Methods Specialist, you'll ensure the correctness of T&M analyses automated by Postura while supporting Sales and Customer Success during client-facing activities.The challenges you'll work on are real and practical: helping customers adopt the product, validating pilots on-site, and making sure Postura delivers measurable impact and ROI in industrial settings.This is a hands-on role in a real production environment, with direct exposure to customers and impact on business outcomes.You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, contributing not only to delivery but also to client enablement, strategic expansion, and use-case validation in a fast-growing startup.We're looking for a technical yet hands-on profile, capable of staying "on top of things" with clients and facilitating Postura's expansion in real production environments.What you'll work onSupport demo and pilot projects on-site, validating Postura's impact in real industrial environmentsWork closely with Customer Success on onboarding, training, and early adoption, delivering product training sessions, onboarding workshops, and methodological refreshers for client teams.Help customers track and interpret key success KPIs from ergonomic risk to process efficiencyCollaborate with clients and internal teams to transform results into structured success stories and expansion plansSupport clients in post-sales methodological decisions, solving complex use cases and guiding strategic adoption.Actively contribute to shaping the product vision by translating customer feedback and requests into structured inputs for the platform's evolutionAct as internal reference for T&M methods, support complex cases, and contribute to the evolution of our experiencein industrial engineering, operations, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement, supported by a relevant degree or equivalent experience.Interest in working at the intersection of methodology and software product development.Experience in continuous improvement and workstation optimization projects, including workstation design, time and method analysis, and the identification and reduction of waste in real industrial settings.Communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations, train client teams, and guide them in setting up and structuring their work.Willingness to travel across Europe, and potentially worldwide in the future, to support clients on-site during key project phases.Fluent English(written and spoken).Extra SkillsKnowledge of TiCon or comparable industrial-grade software tools is highly appreciated.Familiarity with key T&M protocols, including MTM-1, MTM-UAS, TMC2, EAWS, MUDA, chronometric analysis.Diversity and InclusionWe value diverse
