About AYES AYES is an engineering consulting company supporting its clients with high-quality expertise in many different sectors of the industry (aerospace, defence, railway, medical, etc.).To reinforce our Quality Management System (QMS) and sustain our growth, we are looking for a motivatedQuality Engineer / Officerto join our team in Milan (applications for Torino would also be considered).Your RoleAs Quality Engineer / Officer, you will work closely with the Quality Director (based in France) as well as AYES Executives / Business Managers / HR officers & Recruiters + Customers to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of AYES' Quality Management System.Your role will be mainly to act as the AYES Quality Management interlocutor in Italy.You could also be involved in some activities abroad, in relation with the AYES' international subsidiaries.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the deployment, maintenance, and improvement of our QMS, based on:-ISO **** (already deployed)-TISAX (to be deployed)-EN**** (to be deployed)Assisting with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits.Supporting Business Managers in answering customer quality requirements, including filling in homologation questionnaires.Monitoring compliance in the execution of our activities (technical projects) and contributing to corrective and preventive actions.Promoting quality culture across the company through training, communication, and best practices.Your ProfileBackground in Quality Management, with knowledge ofISO ****principles.Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.Mandatory good English level (written and spoken).Experience with audits (internal or external) is appreciated.Familiarity with TISAX and/or EN**** standards is a plus (not mandatory).Why Join AYES?An opportunity to contribute directly to the structuring and development of the company.An international & dynamic workplace.Room to grow your skills, responsibilities and enhance your career#J-*****-Ljbffr
