Sr.UX Designer, Amazon Advertiser User Experience Are you a seasoned UX Designer who is passionate about delivering elevated user experiences?The Advertising User Experience (AUX) team is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join us as we innovate and streamline campaign planning, management, and reporting experiences, making the complex seem simple.Our team builds innovative tools anchored in a robust UX design system to simplify and optimize advertising for our customers.In this role you will work directly with UX, product, and engineering to deliver engaging, AI-powered user experiences by evolving and expanding our design system, Storm, while helping UX and Product at scale and raising the bar.Key job responsibilities- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research, and technical constraints/opportunities.- Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives.- Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI.- Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications—working closely with developers to see your design through to deployment.- Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.Basic Qualifications- 7+ years of design experience- Have an available online portfolio- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.Preferred Qualifications- Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes- Experience with UX design of complex workflows- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards- Experience with design systemsAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets.The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market.Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.For more information, please visit .This position will remain posted until filled.Applicants should apply via our internal or external career site.#J-*****-Ljbffr
