Electrical Quality Inspector required to support the Quality Assurance team of a company operating in the renewable energy sector, involved in the execution of solar photovoltaic plants and revamping projects across the entire national territory.The role's primary responsibility will be the management of Non-Conformities (NCRs) and claims towards construction contractors and suppliers.A secondary involvement in Inspection Coordination activities, as well as desk and field expediting, may also be required in support of the project teams.The position is open to junior profiles, provided they have an electrical background and a suitable technical and operational mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance – NCR & Claims (Primary Scope)Support in the management of non-conformities (NCRs) related to:Construction activitiesSupplies and materialsAnalysis of non-conformity root causes and collection of technical evidenceSupport in the definition, implementation, and verification of corrective actionsSupport in the management of claims towards:Construction contractorsSuppliers and sub-suppliersInterface with internal teams (QA, Engineering, Construction, Procurement)Inspection Coordination (Secondary Scope)Support to Inspection Coordination activities, including:Planning and coordination of inspection activitiesInterface with inspectors, suppliers, and construction sitesSupport in managing inspection windowsVerification that inspections are correctly performed in accordance with project requirementsSupport in the management, review, and archiving of inspection documentation (inspection reports, evidence, follow-up)Expediting (Desk & Field – Secondary Scope)Support to desk expediting activities, including:Monitoring of supply progressDocument follow-upVerification of technical and quality documentationPossible involvement in field expediting at:Construction sitesSuppliers' premisesSupport in the preparation of progress and quality reportsReporting & CoordinationPreparation and update of Quality Assurance reportsSupport to document traceability and archivingInformation coordination between headquarters, construction sites, and suppliersRequired Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Technical Background- Technical Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electrotechnical / Energy disciplines- Electrical background, including junior-level profilesExperienceLimited or entry-level experience in one or more of the following areas:Quality Assurance / Quality ControlConstruction / Site activitiesSolar photovoltaic plants or electrical infrastructuresConsidered a plus- Site experience- Exposure to NCRs, claims, inspections, or inspection coordination activitiesLanguages- Italian: fluent- English: excellent written and spoken proficiencyOther Requirements- Availability for travel across the Italian territory- Initial presence: 5 days per week on site
