Indirect Procurement Specialist - Construction & EquipmentJoin to apply for the Indirect Procurement Specialist - Construction & Equipment role at QSRP.About The PositionThe resource, reporting to the Group Head of Construction Procurement, will support cross-functional sourcing strategies and drive procurement excellence across all brands within the group.Your Main Responsibilities Will IncludeAnalyzing indirect expenditure across all categories and brands within the group.Supporting the development and implementation of sourcing strategies in close collaboration with internal teams (mainly construction, operations and marketing).Gathering and verifying technical data from internal stakeholders to support cost analysis and supplier comparisons.Contributing to budget assessments and CAPEX purchasing processes.Supporting the full commercial process, including RFQ launches, supplier selection, contract negotiation and performance monitoring.Identifying synergies across brands and aligning procurement initiatives with brand guidelines, concept design and local technical needs.Leading "design-to-cost" projects to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality and following design & concept guidelines.Supporting supplier negotiations and facilitating procurement process integration for newly acquired brands.Contributing to strategic supplier relationship management.Challenging the status quo by introducing innovative market solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.What do you bring2 to 4 years of experience in indirect procurement, ideally in retail, food retail or construction.Experience with General Contractors in retail or hospitality, Interior Designers or PM with focus on commercial area, Suppliers or professional from Kitchen Equipment industry (especially QSR) will be extremely evaluated.Experience with procurement contracts and tenders.Fluency in English.Fluency in Italian.Good knowledge of French (appreciated).Proficiency in Excel is required.You work in a structured and autonomous way, with a sharp focus on details, KPIs, and processes.You easily adapt to different situations, show great flexibility, and build strong, trusting relationships.As an individual you areAvailable to start a full-time job in September **** – October ****.Available to work from Assago (HQ) when required.Open to business travel mainly across Europe.Good negotiator.Strong analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and a diplomatic approach.Why join us on your journey?Contribute to our mission of becoming the market leader in QSR sector.Plenty of career growth opportunities across all our international headquarters.Become part of a company where learning and development is in the heart of the culture.Loads of fun initiatives with your colleagues, many of them focused on giving back to the community.We believe in a flexible and hybrid work model, but we also offer a modern and cool office environment for you to thrive in.Environmental sustainability is at the center of the way we operate.We care about diversity, equity and inclusion and make everyone feel equally welcomed.You Also Get These BenefitsMeal vouchers.Company discounts.Yearly bonus based on your performance.
