We are looking for a Project Management and Communication Assistant to work in the Chief Scientist Office. Retribuzione annua: *****€ - *****€ esperienza 2 anni Requirements: Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level) Excellent knowledge of Italian (at least C1 level) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of administrative, project management, and clerical procedures and systems used within EFSA and the CSO (Chief Scientist Office) Extensive knowledge and experience of EU institutions, with preferable prior experience in supporting EFSAs operations (such as the CSO) Proven expertise in the planning, coordination and execution of large-scale scientific conferences or events and meetings internal meetings Proven expertise in managing internal conference channels and communities in MS Teams, ensuring cohesive communication and social media outreach in alignment with the communication team Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months. Salary: approx. €**** per month before taxes. Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days. Please, provide an English Europass template CV. The interim will: Provide proactive and autonomous administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Project Manager for the EFSA **** Conference and related CSO activities Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of EFSA **** conference ensuring timely and successful execution Support the coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including the project sponsor, event organisation, engagement and communication teams, and the scientific programme team Support managing internal coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining the internal conference channel in MS Teams, and ensuring effective information flow within CSO and the scientific community Support the development and management of cohesive internal communications and support social media and outreach activities in alignment with CSO and EFSA communication team Apply knowledge of EU institutions, CSO operational procedures, and relevant IT tools (e.g. MS Office) to effectively support the EFSA **** conference project and related CSO activities J-*****-Ljbffr
