OverviewSass Dlacia S.p.A., a hospitality company operating three locations between the Dolomites and the Marche region (Camping Sass Dlacia, Ütia de Börz, and Le Fontanelle Countryhouse), is looking for a Recruiting, Wellbeing & Performance Specialist to join the team, with a growth path within the company.The role, reporting directly to the Human Resources Management, will play a key part in people development and company culture, supporting the organization through structured recruitment processes, wellbeing initiatives, and programs for team growth and development.Key responsibilitiesManage recruitment processes across the different locations (seasonal and permanent roles), in collaboration with department managers;Support the creation and consolidation of a shared company culture aligned with brand values;Design and implement wellbeing, engagement, and employee experience initiatives;Support people development and feedback processes, fostering growth, empowerment, and accountability;Collaborate with managers and site heads on training and professional development paths;Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes in a multi-site context.RequirementsExperience in HR, recruitment, or people management, preferably in hospitality or service industries;Sensitivity to training, employee wellbeing, and quality of experience;Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills;Collaborative mindset, constructive approach, and strong people orientation;Interest in outdoor activities, mountains, and sports, aligned with the company culture.Preferred qualificationsExperience in growing, multi-site organizations, with a focus on the human and organizational dimension.We offerAn opportunity to join a growing company with a strong focus on people and company culture;A cross-functional role with real organizational impact;The chance to actively contribute to the development of HR processes in a multi-site environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
