L'Azienda - Spartivento Group è una società leader nel turismo nautico, specializzata nel noleggio di barche a vela e catamarani nel Mediterraneo, con basi operative a Portorosa, Capo D'Orlando, Olbia, Trapani, Castellammare del Golfo, Tropea, Salerno e Rosignano Solvay.Fondata nel ****, vanta una flotta di oltre 140 imbarcazioni dei marchi Beneteau, Jeanneau e Lagoon, offrendo esperienze uniche di vacanze in barca lungo tutta la costa italiana.Il gruppo è anche concessionario ufficiale di cantieri rinomati come Beneteau, Lagoon, Jeanneau, Prestige e Highfield, anche attraverso progetti di investimento con programmi di Yacht Management.Il Ruolo - La risorsa sarà inserita nell'area Operations e collaborerà direttamente con il management del gruppo.Il ruolo combina HR, organizzazione e people operations , con un focus concreto sulla gestione quotidiana delle persone e sullo sviluppo progressivo di processi strutturati.Gestione dei processi di selezione e inserimento del personale (stagionale e permanente)Supporto alla definizione di ruoli, responsabilità e assetti organizzativiGestione dei principali processi HR (contratti, presenze, ferie, documentazione) in collaborazione con consulenti esterniSupporto al management nella gestione delle dinamiche di teamContributo allo sviluppo di procedure HR, policy interne e strumenti organizzativiLaurea in discipline umanistiche, economiche o affiniEsperienza di 3–5 anni in ruoli HR o People OperationsEsperienza in contesti dinamici o stagionali considerata un plusBuona conoscenza degli strumenti digitali HR e di ExcelBuona padronanza della lingua ingleseContratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, con proroga di ulteriori 6 mesi; possibile trasformazione anticipata a tempo indeterminatoLavoro a stretto contatto con il managementSconti sulle vacanze in barcaPossibilità di smart working
