HR Development Specialist | fixed-term contract Apply Now Bulgari, within its Corporate HR Department based in Rome, is looking for an HR Development Specialist who will champion the company's efforts in sustaining a performance-driven culture.He/She will work closely with business leaders and HR partners to identify needs that foster the development of talent in Bulgari.He/She will monitor processes and tools including performance management, talent assessment & development programs, leadership & soft skills learning programs, engagement & wellbeing projects.Main Accountabilities:1. Support in designing and managing leadership and talent development programs2. Run assessment/development centers such as: web assessment, role playing, tests & questionnaires, interviews, leadership, and individual development programs3. Manage 360 feedback process4. Manage, consolidate and analyze exit interviews & surveys5. Perform career interviews6. Ensure data coverage and data quality of the talent management system7. Develop audits to identify training needs and targeted training programs8. Run the Bulgari Learning offer (soft, behavioral and leadership trainings)9. Schedule and organize training events and sessions (date, place, equipment, catering, invitations, materials, etc.).Guarantee effective and efficient classroom tutoring and collect trainees' feedback.10. Closely monitor Talent/Development KPI's progress (statistical analysis)11. Internal survey design, implementation & analysis12. Construction, monitoring and budget controllingQualifications / Professional Capabilities:1. 2-3 years' experience in a similar role2. Master's degree3. Assessment method skills4. Coaching and counselling skills5. Evaluations tools and methodologies (Certification to submit personality tests)6. Analytical skills7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point/Excel)8.
