People Business Partner - Fixed Term ContractWe are looking for a People Business Partner, who will support and collaborate within Group Chief Operating Office and GOSP area.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutionsSupporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict managementImplementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organizational unitSupporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of ExcellenceEnsuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreedEnsuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures in collaboration with the Orga teamAnalyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvementEnsuring compliance with labor regulations and company policiesPromoting a positive, international and inclusive company cultureEnsuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COERequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Bachelor's or Master Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Data Management/Data AnalyticsAt least 1 year of experience as an HR Business Partner (including internships)In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulationsFamiliarity with the ANIA collective labor agreement and knowledge of the insurance context is considered a plusExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesProactive and results-oriented attitudeCompany ProfileGenerali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.Established in ****, Generali is present in over 50 countries in the world, with a total premium income of € 82.5 billion in ****.With around 82,000 employees serving 70 million customers, the Group has a leading position in Europe and a growing presence in Asia and Latin America.At the heart of Generali's strategy is its Lifetime Partner commitment to customers, achieved through innovative and personalised solutions, best-in-class customer experience and its digitalised global distribution capabilities.The Group has fully embedded sustainability into all strategic choices, with the aim to create value for all stakeholders while building a fairer and more resilient society.#J-*****-Ljbffr
