La divisione Leaders Search & Selection di Randstad, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management, per conto di esclusivo Hotel 5* di Venezia, ricerca un:Director of Sales & MarketingResponsabilità Principali- Sviluppare la strategia annuale di Sales & Marketing in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali- Guidare e coordinare i team Sales, Marketing, Eventi e Reservations- Gestire i segmenti di mercato principali, inclusi leisure, corporate e MICE- Costruire e mantenere solide relazioni con agenzie di viaggio, tour operator, clienti corporate e luxury consortia- Supervisionare il digital marketing, la comunicazione e le iniziative di PR per garantire forte visibilità e un posizionamento coerente- Monitorare la performance dei ricavi, i forecast e i trend di mercato per identificare opportunità di business- Coordinamento continuo con il Revenue Management per massimizzare l'occupazione, l'ADR e la redditività complessiva- Garantire elevati standard di qualità in tutti i materiali promozionali, le campagne e la presenza online- Rappresentare il resort a eventi di settore, fiere e sales missions- Redazione report dettagliati, analisi e presentazioni per la dirigenzaRequisiti- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Director of Sales & Marketing nel segmento lusso- Forte acume commerciale e familiarità con i principali standard- Network consolidato nei segmenti leisure, corporate e MICE- Mentalità strategica con eccellenti doti di leadership, comunicazione e negoziazione- Esperienza in digital marketing, brand management e PR- Forti capacità analitiche e competenza nei sistemi di vendita/CRM, Opera PMS e Microsoft Office- Italiano e inglese fluenti (altre lingue costituiscono un plus)
