aizoOn , società di consulenza tecnologica di innovazione, indipendente, che opera a livello globale ricerca un / a Sales Manager - ambito Cyber Security. L'obiettivo del ruolo è aumentare la market share di aizoOn Cyber Security nel mercato italiano, con un'espansione progressiva a livello europeo. Il/la Sales Manager sarà responsabile dello sviluppo del business e della crescita delle vendite dei servizi appartenenti al portafoglio Cyber Security, collaborando strettamente con il team Pre-Sales per individuare nuove opportunità e costruire relazioni di valore con i clienti. PROFILO Laurea; Esperienza pluriennale nel ruolo di Sales Manager, con almeno 10 anni in ambito commerciale; Track record documentabile di vendita di almeno 5M€/anno negli ultimi 5 anni, relativo a servizi in ambito Cyber Security; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Proattività, dinamismo, efficienza e autonomia; Eccellenti capacità comunicative, di negoziazione e relazionali; Disponibilità a trasferte. COMPETENZE TECNICHE Conoscenza approfondita dei servizi in ambito Cyber Security, tra cui: o SOC (Security Operation Centre), o Network Security, o Governance, Risk & Compliance, o Offensive Security (Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Test, ecc.), o Phishing & Awareness; Conoscenza del mercato Cyber Security, dei principali player di servizi, soluzioni e prodotti; Portafoglio consolidato di clienti in ambito Cyber Security (CISO, CIO, IT Manager); Esperienza strutturata nella gestione dell'intero ciclo di vendita: o client hunting, pipeline e forecast, o analisi dei fabbisogni del cliente, o redazione dell'offerta commerciale, o negoziazione e chiusura del contratto; Capacità di vendita diretta (B2B) a clienti finali; Abilità nel costruire partnership strategiche per la vendita dei servizi Cyber Security; Capacità di definire strategie di vendita e di go-to-market.
