We are looking for aDirector of Expansion & Real Estateto lead the growth of an international fashion brand in Southwest Europe.What will your responsibilities be?? Design and execute the expansion and real estate strategy across the region.? Lead strategic planning for store openings, relocations, and portfolio optimization.? Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and franchise deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with corporate standards.? Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure efficient project execution.? Manage key relationships with landlords, brokers, and consultants to access relevant market information.? Analyze portfolio data to support strategic decisions.What are we looking for?? 15+ years of experience in strategic expansion and real estate leadership within retail, with deep knowledge of the Southwest Europe market.? Proven track record in high-impact lease negotiations and complex portfolio management.? Strong analytical mindset, strategic vision, and executive-level communication skills.? Established network in the retail real estate sector.? Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages considered a plus.
