In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of the data centre construction project.You will act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.Track Progress and Reporting: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule and budget.Track progress against these baselines, identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.Prepare regular reports for the client and internal stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of project status.Quality Tracking: Implement and oversee a robust quality control program.Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all construction activities adhere to project specifications and industry standards.Escalation Management: Proactively identify and address potential issues.Effectively manage escalation processes, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.Equipment Tracking: Manage the procurement, delivery, and installation of all MEP equipment.Ensure all equipment is delivered on time, meets specifications, and is properly installed and commissioned.Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of success in delivering complex projects.Extensive experience in data centre construction, with a deep understanding of MEP systems and their integration.Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.The ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders is essential.Proficient in written and spoken Italian and English.Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge data centre projectWork in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentBe part of a growing and successful companyWork alongside some experts in the marketThis data centre project is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to showcase your expertise and deliver a world-class facility.With your proven track record and our team's support, we can guarantee a smooth and successful project that exceeds your client's expectations.Don't miss out on the chance to be part of something truly groundbreaking.Our client is a leading global consultancy specialising in full turnkey solutions for data centre projects.Our client prides itself on working with the most influential clients in the data centre market, delivering end-to-end project management from concept through to commission...Salary: €45,000 to €75,000 Per AnnumSector: DatacentreContract Type: PermanentTown/City: MilanAccess Talent Group seeks a Electrical or Mechanical Commissioning Lead for a major contractor handling large-scale European projects.The company is expanding massively and requires a skilled candidate for substantial projects following recent rapid growth.#J-*****-Ljbffr
