positive customer experience.Provide customer-facing technical leadership during implementations, focusing on networking, data interoperability, security, and operations for Varian's SaaS portfolio.Lead the design, development, and troubleshooting of SaaS implementations, ensuring successful deployment from kickoff to go-live.Perform cloud product installations and configurations, including on-premises connectivity.Respond promptly to incidents and technical events.Review customer IT infrastructure and project plans to ensure alignment with installation requirements.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on implementation operations for Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams.Participate in internal testing and training procedures.Maintain and update customer cloud-supported product environments as needed.Compile status reports for project managers and leadership.Analyze implementation data to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction.Work with cloud-based and on-premises environments, including operating systems, databases, and networking technologies.Complete task documentation in accordance with Varian's quality processes and procedures.Work independently with minimal supervision.Apply critical thinking, good judgment, and strong decision-making skills.Attend planning calls and provide technical input
