With more than 185 years of history and through business development in more than 70 countries, Uriach Italy is a leading company in the European nutraceutical market.Some of our iconic brands are Aquilea, Fisiocrem, Laborest, with a strong presence in major European markets.Today Uriach has more than 850 employees between subsidiaries in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Romania.We have a joint venture agreement to market our brands in Greece, and we continue to expand our activities through distribution contracts in more than 25 countries worldwide.We believe that the power of nature, enhanced by science, is the most appropriate way to improve human health and well-being.People are the essence of the company, and factors such as research, innovation, and quality are inspirational in creating new products with a sustainable slant.We want to have a positive impact on both people's lives and the planet.With a view to strengthening our Commercial area, we are offering an opportunity as Commercial Excellence Manager for theRegion Italy-Romania.The Commercial Excellence Manager, directly reporting to Regional Director, will play a pivotal role in leading commercial business initiatives to drive growth through improved efficiency and standardized practices, in bothMedical and Consumer.Additionally, the Commercial Excellence function serves as the Project Lead for various strategic organizational processes and selling initiatives, aiming at achieving and exceeding Uriach annual revenue, growth and profitability targets.Be prepared to:Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for the different channels (medical, pharmacy, wholesalers, e-commerce) ensuring alignment with regional objectives.Collaborate closely with sales leaders to optimize sales processes, drive efficiency, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.Implement performance management systems and Key Performance Indicators to supervise sales performance.Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives.Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to streamline processes and achieve common goals effectively.Conduct comprehensive market analysis to gather insights into market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.Use market insights to advise strategic decision-making and drive sales growth in the region.For this role we require:Experience of at least 3 years in commercial excellence/salesforce effectiveness/business analytics roles, plus a consolidated experience in sales as medical representative or medical area manager, preferably in a structured international company.Field experience in the pharmacy channel will be considered a plus.Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or science subjects.In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and of the characteristics of various distribution channels.Analytical and quantitative mindset with data driven and business oriented approach.Results-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.Proven organizational, interpersonal and communication skills at different levels.An excellent knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, CRM) and excellent knowledge of the English language complete the profile.Preferred domicile: MilanUriach Italy Srl is an equal opportunity company.In recruiting, our choices are based on experience, skills, passions and ambitions.We firmly believe that diversity adds incredible value to our teams, our products and our culture.Through it we can find the best ideas and solutions and have a positive impact on both people's lives and the planet.
