Generative Ai Project Leader

The Group Advanced Analytics and Automation Solutions function is in charge of driving the execution of key Artificial Intelligence projects at Group level, related both to AI-driven automation and AI recommendations/predictions to support the Generali growth.The function is also responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving a library of central shared analytics / automation services, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, algorithms, and methodologies, available for the BUs through a central platform.Within this organization theGenerative AI Solutions unitis in charge of the design, development and the deploy of solutions and pipelines that leverage on LLMs.Main Tasks:You will define the processes / areas to be addressed and create a pipeline of initiatives with high potential.You will drive the project set-up, the analysis of the as-is process / situation, the creation of a business case, the design of the target solution and its continuous improvement based on the results obtained during the testing phase.You will be responsible for the implementation of the end-to-end initiatives, including priorities definition, budget management, management of internal and external service providers and business interfaces and ensuring buy-in and execution.In particular, you will coordinate the development of the solution both from a logical / algorithmic point of_command, supported by Data Scientists and AI Engineers, and from an architecture and deployment point of view, supported by IT Architects.You will have the opportunity to have regular and frequent interactions with the business functions, who from time to time will be involved in the various projects, as well as with the management.You will have the opportunity to haveadde regular and frequent interactions with the business departments, who will be involved in the various projects, as well as with the top management.RequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Strong problem-solving skills (analysis of complex problems and structuring of solutions), creativity and determination.Excellent analytical and deductive skills, familiar with the design and evaluation of algorithms.3-5 years experience in a consulting firm or in a company, managing projects related to artificial intelligence, digital transformation or operational excellence.Degree in scientific disciplines (mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, physics).Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel.Good knowledge of written and spoken English (B2).Excellent propensity to work in a team, operational autonomy, proactivity, high level of commitment and result / output orientation.Strong ability to communicate effectively with the various organizational levels.Basic Knowledge of alumine uh~ Generative AI models (Llama, GPT, Claude, ...), and their working principleologie Basic knowledge of IT architecture.Company ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry – a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational Group that is present in more than 60 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 80,000 employees.GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies.Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms.Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about ***** people.#J-*****-Ljbffr
