Per agenzia di commercio del settore sanitario ortopedico, specializzata in chirurgia ortopedica e operante principalmente nella zona Nord-Est Italia, in forte crescita, ricerchiamo clinical specialist / specialisti tecnici di sala.La ricerca è rivolta a profili con esperienza, anche breve, oppure anche alla prima esperienza purché con forte propensione all'ambito medicale, e con ottime doti di precisione e attenzione.Di cosa si occuperà il Clinical Specialist:Il clinical specialist si occuperà di garantire assistenza tecnico-clinica di alta qualità negli interventi ortopedici di protesi di anca, ginocchio e spalla, presso strutture ospedaliere del territorio a lui/lei assegnati (zona Trentino Alto Adige / Verona), curandone anche la logistica dei materiali di supporto.Mansioni principali:Dopo un periodo di affiancamento con uno specialist senior, la nuova figura si occuperà di:- Supporto tecnico al personale ospedaliero sul corretto utilizzo di impianti protesici e strumentali.- Presenza agli interventi chirurgici programmati e spiegazione operativa al personale di sala su set-up, sequenze e accorgimenti di utilizzo dei prodotti.- Risposte tecniche puntuali sui prodotti del portfolio aziendale.- Gestione logistica dei materiali (strumentari e impiantabili).Requisiti:- Diploma in ambito tecnico/sanitario o Laurea in area scientifica/sanitaria- Familiarità con anatomia/biomeccanica di spalla/anca/ginocchio.- Forte motivazione ad apprendere o conoscenza di dispositivi impiantabili, tecniche, e strumentazioni- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese in ambito tecnico/medicale- La conoscenza della lingua tedesca è considerato un plusSoft skills:- Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli, grande accuratezza ai particolari.- Flessibilità e problem solving rapido.- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionaliAltri requisiti:- Patente B e auto propria- Disponibilità a trasferte giornaliere principalmente nel territorio Trentino-Alto Adige / Veronese e meno frequentemente in zona Nord Est- Domicilio in Trentino-Alto Adige o nel VeroneseCosa offriamo- Ottima possibilità di crescita e di carriera- Formazione a carico dell'azienda e inserimento on the job- Compenso commisurato all'esperienza e ai risultati- Incentivi in base ai risultati e rimborso spese per trasferte
