Per un Resort 4* situato nel Sud Sardegna, siamo alla ricerca della figura di Front Office Manager.Dettagli sul clienteResort 4* situato nel Sud Sardegna.DescrizioneResponsabilità principaliCoordinare, supervisionare e motivare il team del Front Office (reception, concierge, night audit).Garantire il rispetto degli standard di accoglienza e servizio tipici di una struttura 4*.Gestire check-in, check-out e procedure di cassa, assicurando fluidità e precisione.Monitorare la soddisfazione degli ospiti, gestendo reclami e richieste speciali con tempestività e professionalità.Collaborare con gli altri reparti (Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing) per assicurare un'esperienza eccellente.Predisporre reportistica giornaliera e mensile (occupazione, ADR, forecast).Gestire i principali PMS e canali di prenotazione, garantendo la corretta implementazione delle tariffe e disponibilità.Profilo del CandidatoRequisitiEsperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni come Capo Ricevimento o Front Office Supervisor in strutture di pari livello.Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e preferibile conoscenza del tedesco.Competenze organizzative, leadership e orientamento al problem solving.Conoscenza di PMS (es. Opera, Protel, Leonardo, ecc.) e dimestichezza con i principali strumenti informatici.Flessibilità, disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei weekend.offerta di lavoroRuolo stagionale con possibilità di stabilizzazione.#J-*****-Ljbffr
