Place Capri role atJobbit .Il Night Manager è responsabile della gestione delle operazioni dell'hotel durante il turno notturno, garantendo la sicurezza degli ospiti e del personale, mantenendo elevati standard di servizio e operatività.Questo ruolo è cruciale per il corretto funzionamento dell'hotel nelle ore notturne, includendo la gestione della reception, la supervisione del personale notturno e la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche o situazioni impreviste.Responsabilità PrincipaliGestione della Reception Notturna: accogliere gli ospiti, effettuare check-in/check-out, gestire prenotazioni per il giorno successivo e fornire informazioni e assistenza.Sicurezza e Supervisione: monitorare la sicurezza dell'hotel, effettuare controlli regolari nelle aree comuni e gestire emergenze secondo le procedure di sicurezza.Gestione delle Comunicazioni: coordinare la comunicazione tra i vari reparti dell'hotel (housekeeping, manutenzione, ristorante, ecc.) e risolvere eventuali problemi o richieste degli ospiti durante la notte.Gestione Amministrativa e Reportistica: redigere rapporti giornalieri, gestire la chiusura della cassa e registrare le transazioni finanziarie.Assistenza agli Ospiti: offrire un servizio di assistenza personalizzata, risolvere le richieste e i reclami degli ospiti con cortesia e professionalità.Supporto alla Direzione: fornire feedback e suggerimenti per migliorare il servizio durante il turno notturno e collaborare con la direzione per implementare politiche e procedure operative.RequisitiEsperienza pregressa nel settore alberghiero, preferibilmente in posizioni di supervisione (reception, front office, gestione operativa).Competenze tecniche: conoscenza del PMS Protel e profonda conoscenza standard LQA.Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese e, possibilmente, di una seconda lingua straniera.Ottime doti organizzative, capacità di gestione dello stress, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di risolvere problemi rapidamente ed efficacemente.Affidabilità e serietà.Eccellente capacità di comunicazione.Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alla gestione di situazioni impreviste.Capacità di prendere decisioni autonome sotto pressione.Informazioni AggiuntiveSettore: Hotel/TurismoRuolo: Customer ServiceSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustries: Hospitality#J-*****-Ljbffr
