Job Description: Leonardo è un gruppo industriale internazionale, tra le principali realtà mondiali nell'Aerospazio, Difesa e Sicurezza che realizza capacità tecnologiche multidominio in ambito Elicotteri, Velivoli, Aerostrutture, Elettronica, Cyber Security e Spazio.Con oltre ****** dipendenti nel mondo, l'azienda ha una solida presenza industriale in Italia, Regno Unito, Polonia, Stati Uniti, e opera in 150 paesi anche attraverso aziende controllate, joint venture e partecipazioni.Protagonista dei principali programmi strategici a livello globale, è partner tecnologico e industriale di Governi, Amministrazioni della Difesa, Istituzioni e imprese.All'interno dell'unità organizzativa EVENT MARKETING della Electronics Division stiamo cercando un/a persona da inserire nel team di Event Mangement per la nostra sede di Pomezia.La persona si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività: La definizione ed organizzazione di eventi e visite istituzionali in tutti i siti della Divisione compresi i siti esteri in qualità di Focal Point, garantendo un corretto livello di presenza e rappresentanza aziendale e l'uniformità di accoglienza; Il supporto per la pianificazione degli incontri con le Delegazioni italiane ed estere capitanate dal Marketing La gestione dei rapporti con i cerimoniali di Stato e gli altri soggetti anche di carattere istituzionale; La gestione del catalogo degli omaggi e gadget Divisionali in linea con le linee guida definite Competenze richieste: SOFT SKILLS Gestione dello Stress e Problem Solving Capacità comunicative: Relazionarsi efficacemente con stakeholders interni ed esterni.Creatività Lavoro di squadra Organizzazione e Pianificazione (gestire scadenze e priorità) Adattabilità e Flessibilità: Reagire positivamente ai cambiamenti e alle situazioni in evoluzione Disponibilità per trasferte HARD SKILLS Conoscenza pacchetto Office (Word, PPT
