La posizioneLa risorsa si occuperà della gestione, conduzione e mantenimento dell'efficienza degli impianti ausiliari a supporto della produzione, garantendo sicurezza, continuità e affidabilità delle utilities di stabilimento.?? Responsabilità principaliGestione e manutenzione (ordinaria e straordinaria) di impianti ausiliari: centrali termiche, refrigerazione, aria compressa, trattamento acque, HVAC, antincendio, soil venting, azoto.Coordinamento delle manutenzioni edili e pianificazione degli interventi preventivi, correttivi e straordinari.Monitoraggio dei parametri di funzionamento tramite sistemi di supervisione e analisi tecnica dei dati.Gestione anomalie e fuori servizio degli SME (caldaie e combustori), con compilazione registri e analisi dei fermi.Partecipazione a progetti di miglioramento continuo ed efficientamento energetico.Pianificazione dei turni del personale caldaista.?? RequisitiLaurea triennale in Ingegneria Ambientale, Energetica o titolo tecnico equivalente.Conoscenza delle principali tecnologie e impianti utilities.Capacità di lettura P&ID e schemi tecnici.Esperienza pregressa in realtà industriali/produttive (1–2 anni).Plus: patente di 1° grado per generatori di vapore e inglese livello B1.?? Competenze trasversaliProattività, precisione e orientamento alla qualità.Capacità organizzative e problem solving.Flessibilità e spirito di collaborazione.Ottime capacità relazionali ed empatia.
