Seriate, BG, ItalyFull TimeGlobal HeadquartersExecutiveSerioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is seeking a Regional Director for its EMEA plants.What will you do?Define and execute regional plans and business strategies aligned with the company strategy and promote the group vision within country teams.Monitor plant performance and implement preventive and corrective actions to ensure profitability and sustainability.Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for regional industrial operations.Participate in projects related to startups, expansions, new product industrialization, rationalization, and optimization initiatives.Supervise and support local management teams, fostering staff training and development.Ensure alignment among global departments, countries, and plants.Identify and suggest business development opportunities.Manage regional client relations and ensure client satisfaction.Promote quality and continuous improvement at all levels.Represent the company with local authorities, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and regional stakeholders.What are we looking for?At least 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Production Manager in the plastics industry (FMCG or Automotive).Expertise in plastic molding technologies such as EBM, SBM, and/or IM.Strong knowledge of WCM, HSE standards, and manufacturing KPIs.Solid understanding of production planning, supply chain, and logistics.Strong business economics knowledge.Excellent command of English; good knowledge of French.Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.Proven leadership in team management and operational performance improvement.Availability to travel *****% of the time.What do we offer?Continuous training to grow professionally alongside industry experts.Dynamic, international environment engaged in global projects.Opportunities for career growth within an industry-leading company.Internal mobility with job rotation and career progression opportunities.Sounds like a fit?
