Experis è la società IT & Technology del Gruppo Manpower.Le persone e le loro competenze sono il nostro successo e insieme ci poniamo come partner tecnologici dei nostri clienti attraverso servizi e soluzioni.Vogliamo essere?fici, proprio insieme a te, di un ambiente di lavoro innovativo, stimolante e fless continuerodieno, attraverso i nostri Valori: People, Knowledge e Innovation.Pre-series Product Analysis EngineerLa risorsa si occuperà di analisi tecnica e problem solving nelle fasi di sviluppo prodotto (concept, prototipo, pre-serie) e in serie, con l'obiettivo di identificare le cause radice dei problemi e trasferire i "lesson learned" ai nuovi modelli.Responsabilità principaliAnalizzare problematiche tecniche su componenti e sistemi durante le fasi di prototipo e pre-serie.Guidare processi di problem solving coinvolgendo R&D, Produzione, Qualità e fornitori.Progettare e condurre piani di analisi (strumenti, metodi, obiettivi).Collaborare con officina prototipi e reparto produzione per il montaggio e la risoluzione dei problemi.Eseguire analisi su BOM, configurazioni veicolo, misure elettriche/elettroniche, vibroacustiche e metrologiche (in base alla specializzazione).Partecipare a riunioni tecniche e task force orientate alla risoluzione dei problemi.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Elettrica, Automotive o affini).Esperienza di 1-2 anni in ruoli tecnici analoghi, preferibilmente nel settore automotive.Conoscenza dei processi di produzione e assemblaggio componenti.Inglese fluente; Tedesco gradito.Competenze chiaveAnalisi tecnica e problem solving strutturato.Conoscenza di BOM e configurazioni veicolo oppure competenze in misure avanzate (elettrico/elettronico, vibroacustica, metrologia).Teamwork e capacità di interfacciarsi con reparti interni e fornitori.Soft SkillsOrientamento alla ??? ????, capacità di sintesi, buone doti relazionali.Sede di Genresprovincia di BolognaCosa offriamoIniziale contratto a Tempo Determinato in un ambiente dinamico e internazionale in contesto premium Automotive.#J-*****-Ljbffr
