Role: Customer Support Languages: German + English Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: On-site Contract: 6 months Start date: 5 Feb **** Schedule: Monday–Friday (including Portuguese bank holidays) 08:*****:00 (Portugal time) Weekends off Salary Bonuses Base salary: ****€ paid over 14 months (Portugal standard: 12 months + holiday + Christmas) Complexity bonus: 75€ per month for 12 months Performance bonus: N/A Welcome bonus: Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 each month) Conditional : Must have 6% unjustified absenteeism the previous month Not guaranteed salary (important — HR usually stresses this) Retention bonus: None from December onwards for Search Engine Website Solutions projects Benefits Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day Health insurance: From day 1 (you pay monthly at first) Free after 6 months Documents Accepted One of the following: EU ID Residence card Manifestação de Interesse Visa type D + NIF Relocation (Important) Accommodation provided (shared, up to 12 months) only if relocating No flight ticket reimbursement from 1 December onwards (German, Nordics, Dutch): relocation supported
