Dispone di 131 camere, 3 ristoranti, 3 bar, spiaggia ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, Kids Club, Spa con area umida e sauna e cabine per i trattamenti benessere, palestra, eliporto e ampio parcheggio.Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Executive Chef altamente qualificato/a, capace di guidare la visione gastronomica della struttura e garantire l'eccellenza in tutte le aree F&B.La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione strategica e operativa dell'intero reparto cucina, assicurando qualità, creatività e un servizio in linea con gli standard dell'hôtellerie di lusso.5 anni) come Executive Chef o Head Chef in hotel 5 stelleEsperienza nella creazione di menu, sviluppo di concept culinari e gestione di più outlet (ristoranti, bar, room service, banqueting mensa del personale)Ottima conoscenza di HACCP, sicurezza alimentare e standard igienico-sanitariSolide competenze gestionali: food cost, budgeting, controllo dei KPIInglese fluente, altre lingue rappresentano un plusPreferibile esperienza in contesti multi-outlet di alta gamma e conoscenza della cucina italiana/mediterranea (gradita conoscenza della gastronomia sarda)Definire e implementare la strategia gastronomica dell'hotelGarantire l'organizzazione di una cucina centrale che lavora le preparazioni e le cucine satellite per le finitureGarantire coerenza, qualità e innovazione in tutte le proposte culinarieGuidare e motivare la brigata, favorendo crescita, formazione e performance eccellentiElevare la qualità di ogni piatto, con attenzione a estetica, tecnica e trend contemporaneiCollaborare con Direzione, HR e reparti commerciali per eventi e progetti specialigli stessi saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per la selezione del personale in corso.
