Live Commerce & Media Manager NETX HYPERGEAR is a next-generation sports & lifestyle brand developing high-performance products through advanced3D printing technologies .We operate at the intersection of sport, design, technology, and digital culture—building products and content designed for modern, active communities.This is ahands-on, front-facing rolecombining live selling, content creation, and digital commerce.You will be the voice, face, and energy of NETX HYPERGEAR across live and social channels.Main goal:drive brand awareness, qualified traffic, and online sales through live commerce and media.DUTIESHost dailylive shopping sessionson Instagram, TikTok, and other social platformsCreate and publishshort-form content(Reels, Stories, Shorts, live clips)Drive traffic and conversions to the NETX HYPERGEAR e-commerce storeExecute live product launches, promotions, and sales campaignsCoordinate with e-commerce on product availability, pricing, and offersMonitor performance metrics (engagement, conversion, sales) and optimize contentRepresent the brand at clubs, venues, events, and activations when requiredREQUIREMENTSStrong on-camera presence and confidence in live sellingSolid understanding of social media, content marketing, and digital commercePassion for sports, racquet sports, fitness, or lifestyle brandsProactive, organized ?nd performance-oriented mindsetNICE TO HAVEProfessional Spanish, French or GermanExperience with live shopping / social commerceFamiliarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platformsBackground in content creation, influencer marketing, or mediaWE OFFEROpportunity to build and leadlive commerce strategyfor NETX HYPERGEAR in Europe ????High creative autonomy and ownership of content and campaignsDirect involvement in product launches and brand growthDynamic, design- and sport-driven environment based inMilanCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentives#J-*****-Ljbffr
