MBDA Italia è l'azienda italiana che fa parte del gruppo multinazionale MBDA, leader mondiale nel settore dei sistemi missilistici.MBDA rappresenta il primo Gruppo a livello europeo con capacità di produzione e progettazione in grado di coprire l'intera gamma corrispondente alle attuali e future esigenze delle forze armate (terra, aria e mare).All'interno della Direzione "T& P" MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un "Technical Excellence Manager Italy".Titolo di studio richiesto:Laurea in ingegneria Meccanica o AeronauticaEsperienza professionale (indicare il tipo di esperienza richiesta e gli anni minimi e massimi di esperienza):Minimo 7 anni di anzianità nella gestione del design e dello sviluppo di un equipment, sottosistemaOttima conoscenza dei processi per la gestione delle design review (BMS **** e BMS ****) e delle gate reviewOttima conoscenza dei processi e della documentazione (sia programmatica che tecnica) per la gestione di un progetto (a partire dalla fase di concept fino alla produzione)Buone Capacità relazionali in ambito nazionale e internazionaleBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlataBuona conoscenza della lingua francese scritta e parlata (Opzionale)Attività previste per il ruolo:La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Gestione come chairman delle design review di equipment, sottosistemi e sistemi dei prodotti di MBDA IT.Emissione dei verbali e follow on delle raccomandazioni emessePartecipazione come membro del panel a design review (nazionali e internazionali) di prodotti MBDA, a gate review, a Fit to fire, a design review presso fornitoriSupportare i team di progetto per aspetti specifici durante la fase di designDefinizione di lessons learnt e supporto al Knowledge Manager IT per la loro implementazione e diffusione ai vari team di progetto/funzioniValutazioni dei principali documenti tecnici di progetto (incluse quelle dei fornitori) in preparazione delle Design ReviewSupporto all'Head of TEX IT nella preparazione del report mensileIdentificazione e monitoraggio degli hot e warm topic identificati in sede di Design reviewDisponibilità a trasferte brevi in Italia e all'estero#J-*****-Ljbffr
