forYou're one who closes hard-to-fill roles and builds process as you go.You've scaled hiring at startups before.You already use AI tools to accelerate your work and you've built automations to eliminate repetitive tasks.You understand that recruiting at this stage means being hands-on with candidate work while systematizing in the background.You can run full-cycle recruiting and simultaneously document what works, build scorecards, optimize pipelines, and fix bottlenecks before they compound.You have4-6 years in recruiting, talent operations, or people opsAt least 2 years in startup or high-growth environmentsTrack record of closing 30+ hires/year while improving processExperience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse)AI-native mindset: you already use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools daily to accelerate your workAutomation fluency: you've built workflow automations using no-code platformsComfortable hiring remotely and globallyYou thrive
