Business Development Director | AI & Wealth ManagementEUR ***************6 giorni faSalary: € NegotiableLocation: Milan, Metropolitan City of Milan, ItalyContract: PermanentIndustry: InvestmentsContact: Paola Romeo;Business Development DirectorAI-powered Financial Intelligence Platform for Wealth ManagersBacked by a venture capital fund, our client is an international fintech startup expanding across Europe and the United States, with Italy as a strategic hub for testing and validation.We are looking for a Business Development Director with strong experience in the financial sector to lead commercial development in Italy and accelerate client acquisition.An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build strategic relationships with financial stakeholders are essential.ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the business development strategy with an initial focus on the Italian market and a broader international outlook.Develop high-level relationships with C-level executives and IT leaders in banks and insurance companies.Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor AI solutions to local market needs.Represent the company at events, conferences, and strategic meetings.Contribute to building a local commercial team.Report directly to the international leadership team on pipeline, performance, and market insights.RequirementsProven experience in business development within the financial services industry, particularly in Banking and Wealth Management.Established network of decision-makers in the industry, particularly in IT.Familiarity with technology solutions financial-linked and ability to engage with IT departments.Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms is a plus.Startup mindset is essential: results-driven, fast-paced, autonomous.Willingness to travel frequently across Italy and abroad.Fluent in both Italian and English.Location: hybrid/Milan#J-*****-Ljbffr
