CASTELFALFI *****is searching for aSenior Sales Manager LeisureCastelfalfi, located in the heart of Tuscany, blends history, nature, and authentic hospitality.Our project includes three main Business Units: luxury tourism and hospitality, agriculture and residential development.At the heart of our mission lies hospitality, thoughtfully curated to offer unforgettable experiences in a unique setting.In ****, we were honored byTravel + Leisureas the No. 1 Resort in Italy, No. 2 in Europe, and No. 17 among the 100 Best Hotels in the World, a recognition that celebrates the elegance, service, and deep connection to the land that define us.We are also certified as aGreat Place to Work , affirming the value we place on the people who bring Castelfalfi to life every day.Our commitment to people is reflected in the creation of an inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging and appreciation, encouraging individuals to express their full potential and find fulfillment in their professional journey.Being part of our team means contributing to an outstanding project and sharing a unique experience within a passionate community that grows in harmony with the surrounding territory.If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager Leisure.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Sales Manager Leisure is responsible for developing and managing leisure sales strategies to maximize revenue from tour operators, travel agencies, online travel agents (OTAs), and other leisure market segments.The role requires strong relationship-building skills, a proactive sales approach, and a deep understanding of the luxury and premium leisure travel market.Proactively identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key leisure travel partners globally.Create and execute strategic sales plans to increase leisure room nights and revenue.Conduct sales calls, attend travel trade shows, and host familiarization trips (FAMs) to promote the property.Negotiate and contract preferred agreements with tour operators and travel consortia.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.Work closely with the marketing team to support leisure campaigns and promotions.Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.Maintain an updated CRM database with client interactions and sales activities.Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and production forecasts.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, reservations, and revenue management to ensure seamless guest experience and maximize sales opportunities.RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the hotel industry (luxury segment preferred).Strong network of leisure travel industry contacts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Contractual TermsSalary offer to be discussed during the selection process, based on professional background, market benchmarks, and company context.BenefitsAccess to the company canteen, including on days off.Invitations to exclusive Castelfalfi staff events.Tailored training experiences based on the needs of the role and team.Discounts on dining, wellness, and sports activities within the resort and estate.Housing allowance solutions available, where applicable, for staff relocating from outside the area.Provided EquipmentProfessional tools appropriate to the role.Work location: Castelfalfi (FI).
