Overview We are looking for a Global Demand Planning Associate to support the execution of the Global Demand Planning process for the Menarini Group.The hire will replace the existing colleague for the duration of her maternity leave.Main Activities & ResponsibilitiesSupport the S&OP demand process by monitoring the timely execution of all the phases of the process.Participate in the monthly Demand Review Meetings with all the Regions of the group and provide support in the correct execution of the demand-related processes.Challenge Sales Forecasts Accuracy and Bias coming from the Affiliates and Regional hubs and review the relevant KPIs ensuring CAPA plans and continuous improvement actions are taken.Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast dynamics.Use and maintain the Demand netting software.Work in close contact with regional and local teams, assure that the Sales Forecast and Net Demand Plans are consistent with the real market trends.Provide support to the local and regional demand planning teams in the Safety Stock review process.Support the stakeholders involved in the calculation of the Stockout and Lost Sales KPIs and support the execution and follow up of preventive actions to avoid stockouts.Support the analysis of the 5 year plan and budget plan.Support new product launches at corporate level.Job RequirementsEducationBachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or Computer ScienceKnowledgeProficient knowledge:Demand Planning fundamentalsKey Demand Planning and Inventory KPIsThe role Demand Planning plays in the S&OP process and its importancePlanning systems and softwareReporting toolsExcel and Power PointBasic Knowledge:APO and SAPFluent in EnglishExperience1/3 years of experience in similar roles, supply chain, forecasting and demand planning in an international company with a complex structureSoft skillsDetail oriented, extreme accuracy and strong analytical abilitiesAbility to handle high volume data, manual tasks, fast paced environment, comply with deadlines, and to follow instructionsGood business judgment, communication skills and ability to resolve conflictsCustomer oriented and proactive attitudeStrong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.Team player.End-to-end process management & accountability.Ability to cooperate with different functions (demand planning, sales, supply chain and marketing) and geographies within complex matrixed environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
