Who We AreHeritage is a modern global investment office built by respected families and entrepreneurs with over a century of business-building experience.We provide privileged access to top-performing alternative assets, superior portfolio construction, and a technology-enabled open-architecture platform connecting clients to some of the world's most exclusive opportunities.We believe in mastery, alignment, and technology, and our investment team brings direct experience from leading private equity, venture capital, and institutional investment platforms, supported by a proprietary assessment methodology and one of the industry's most comprehensive data sets.Your RoleAs an Investment Manager, you will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, with a focus on sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring private market fund investments and select co-investments across Buyout, Secondaries, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, and Private Credit.You will take ownership of manager coverage and due diligence processes, work closely with senior investment professionals and the Investment Committee, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Heritage's investment frameworks and platform.ResponsibilitiesSourcing and building a proprietary pipeline of high-quality private market fund managers across strategies and geographiesEstablishing and maintaining long-term relationships with global GPs and ecosystem participantsLeading and executing end-to-end due diligence on fund investments and co-investmentsPreparing and presenting investment memoranda to the Investment CommitteeAnalyzing fund performance, track records, team dynamics, and alignment of interestsActively monitoring an existing portfolio of private market investmentsContributing to portfolio reporting, reviews, and internal dashboardsParticipating in client-facing activities, including portfolio updates, investment pitches, and ongoing discussions with families and stakeholdersRepresenting the firm at relevant networking events, conferences, and industry forumsProposing and implementing improvements to investment processes, scorecards, KPIs, and analytical frameworksCollaborating with cross-functional teams across investments, platform, legal, and operationsAbout You3–5 years of experience in private markets investing (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Secondaries, or Private Credit), ideally within a semiconductor fund of funds, asset manager, family office, or institutional allocatorHands-on experience conducting manager due diligence and evaluating fund investmentsStrong analytical and financial modelling skillsProven experience drafting and presenting investment memorandaStrong understanding of key investment metrics (e.g., IRR, MOIC, benchmarking)Experience in client-facing activities such as portfolio updates, investment pitches, or investor meetingsComfortable representing the firm in professional settings, including networking events and conferencesExceptional written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProactive, structured, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownershipProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools such as Preqin, PitchBook, or PowerBI is a plusNice to Have (not Required)Experience with direct secondaries (LP- or GP-led) and / or hedge fundsPrior exposure to working with entrepreneurial families or family officesWhat We OfferWork alongside top-tier professionals from leading private equity firms and global family officesDirect exposure to high-quality global fund managers and private market opportunitiesA high-performance, collaborative, and entrepreneurial cultureReal responsibility and ownership from day oneOpportunity to help shape investment processes within a growing, tech-enabled platformQuarterly team off-sites and growth paths and increasing responsibility as the platform scalesAt Heritage, we are proud to have a diverse team representing over 15 nationalities, with all communication conducted in English.We are deeply committed to providing equal opportunities and work actively to remove potential biases in our hiring process by involving a Hiring Committee in all decision-making.#J-*****-Ljbffr
