¿Te entusiasma hacer crecer tu carrera?BBVA es una compañía global con más de 160 años de historia que opera en más de 25 países donde damos servicio a más de 80 millones de clientes.Somos más de profesionales trabajando en equipos multidisciplinares con perfiles tan diversos como financieros, expertos legales, científicos de datos, desarrolladores, ingenieros y diseñadoresBased in our Milan office, we are looking for someone to join the BBVA Italy team with solid knowledge of data protection, compliance risk governance and financial regulation, who brings sound legal judgment and practical experience in implementing compliance controls within digital environments.The role will primarily focus on privacy and data protection matters, while also providing support on broader compliance topics within the Retail Digital Banking business.Main responsibilities:The selected candidate will support the continuous enhancement of the Branch's privacy and compliance framework, performing the following activities:Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the Branch's privacy program, ensuring compliance with Regulation (EU) ******** (GDPR) and Italian data protection laws.Advise the Retail Digital Banking business on incorporating privacy principles by design and by default in new products, processes and digital channels.Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and compliance risk reviews for technological and commercial projects and other initiatives within the Branch.Ensure the consistent implementation and application of regulatory controls.Oversee the effectiveness of the compliance control framework, ensuring appropriate mitigation of the relevant risks.Prepare regulatory reports and management information for senior compliance management.Monitor regulatory developments related to privacy, identifying emerging risks and proposing enhancements.Contribute to internal training initiatives on privacy and compliance for staff and business teams.Minimum RequirementsUniversity degree in Economics, Law or related disciplines.At least 3 years of experience in compliance functions, including at least 2 years focused on privacy and data protection (GDPR).Strong knowledge of the European and Italian regulatory framework on data protection; familiarity with broader banking regulations will be considered an asset.Professional English level and native Italian; Spanish will be considered an asset.Habilidades:Empatía, Ética, Innovación, Orientación al cliente, Pensamiento proactivo
