Social network you want to login/join with: Manpower per conto di giovane e dinamicaazienda operante nel settore dell'occhialeria di lusso, ricerca un Customer Service Agent .La risorsa si occuperà di:Gestione delle richieste dei clienti dell'e-commerce attraverso i canali di comunicazione aziendali;Gestione delle problematiche relative agli ordini e alla consegna/disponibilità dei prodotti;Supporto ai clienti al fine di orientarli verso scelte che rispondano alle loro esigenze e che siano profittevoli per l'azienda;Interazione con i dipartimenti aziendali al fine di assicurare un servizio omogeneo e coordinato;Supporto all'implementazione di processi operativi e flussi di lavoro volti a migliorare l'efficienza e la produttività;Identificazione dei problemi e proposta di soluzioni innovative;Traduzione del sito in diverse lingue rispetto alle necessità del marketing.Requisiti:Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sarà considerato un plus la conoscenza di un'altra lingua;Esperienza pregresso in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in ambienti di vendita al dettaglio;Abilità rapide di traduzione;Capacità di comprendere le esigenze del cliente e di proporre risposte efficaci;Capacità di comunicazione e problem solving;Approccio proattivo, accuratezza e precisione;Motivazione nel lavorare in team.La RAL e l'inquadramento saranno commisurati all'effettiva esperienza maturata.Sede di lavoro: Roma Nord#J-*****-Ljbffr
